Our Responsible Disclosure Program invites ethical hackers, researchers, and partners to report potential vulnerabilities in a secure and confidential manner. All reported vulnerabilities are reviewed promptly by our Security Operations and Engineering teams under the direction of our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Once a valid issue is verified, our team prioritizes remediation based on severity and potential impact, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented efficiently and effectively. We maintain open communication with the reporting researcher throughout the process and may provide acknowledgment when appropriate. This collaborative approach helps us strengthen our security posture while recognizing those who help us improve.

DriverAI’s responsible disclosure process reflects our belief that security is a shared responsibility. We discourage unauthorized testing or exploitation and ask researchers to avoid actions that could disrupt services, compromise privacy, or affect other users. Reports can be submitted directly to security@driverai.com, where they are triaged with urgency and professionalism.
