Our Incident Response Plan (IRP) outlines a structured, repeatable process for identifying, analyzing, mitigating, and resolving security incidents. Under the guidance of our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), trained response teams coordinate across departments to ensure that containment and recovery actions are performed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory obligations. Post-incident reviews are conducted to identify root causes, strengthen controls, and prevent recurrence — turning every event into an opportunity to further enhance our defenses. Transparency is central to this process; in the unlikely event of a data-impacting incident, we are committed to timely communication and accountability.

Complementing our incident response capabilities, DriverAI’s Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) programs ensure the continued delivery of our critical services even during adverse conditions. We leverage redundant systems, geographically diverse data centers, and robust backup strategies to minimize downtime and data loss. Regular testing and simulation exercises validate our recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs), ensuring readiness across all business functions.
